There are many special tours
in India like an Ayurveda tour, Yoga and Meditation tour, Indian
tribal tour, Fairy queen tour and some other tours.
Ayurvedic medicine is an ancient system of health care that is
native to the Indian subcontinent. The word "Ayurveda" is a
tatpurusha compound of the word ayus meaning "life" or "life
principle", and the word veda, which refers to a system of
"knowledge". Thus "Ayurveda" roughly translates as the
"knowledge of life".
The Sanskrit term yoga is derived from the Sanskrit root yuj,
"to control", "to yoke, or "to unite". Meditation describes a
state of concentrated attention on some object of thought or
awareness. It usually involves turning the attention inward to
the mind itself.
A tribe, viewed historically or developmentally, consists of a
social group existing before the development of, or outside of,
states, though some modern theorists hold that contemporary
tribes can only be understood in terms of their relationship to
states.
The Fairy-Queen (Z.629) is a masque or semi-opera by Henry
Purcell. It was first performed on May 2, 1692 at Queen's
Theatre, Dorset Garden in London. It was composed for the United
Company of the Theatre Royal. The libretto comes from an
anonymous adaptation of William Shakespeare's comic play A
Midsummer Night's Dream. |
